Stopped on our way home after a walk.
Two guys in there. Stood at the window a couple few minutes with no acknowledgement of our existence. Said hey with no response.
Walked down the line a few minutes and came back to several more minutes of ignoring our existence and called it quits.
Did I forget to remove my cloak of invisibility?
I guess they had made enough profit for the day.

This is my favorite food truck at the Portland Mercado. The pescado majao sandwich is so incredibly good that I came back the next day to do it all over again. That they also serve yerba mate soda makes it all the better.

This amazing little truck is about driving sunshine into your bones and fully transporting you to somewhere warm and bright: to eat here is a mini-vacation. The plantains are my favorite comfort food and even top the ones I was hooked on in Indonesia. Take a bite of black beans to be surprised by the subtle seasonings and perfect texture. If you appreciate wonderful food that exceeds your expectations - this is the place.

I was born in Cuba raised in Miami and I came upon this little gem in Portland by sheer luck. I can tell you that I have been cooking and consuming Cuban cuisine all of my life and Que Bola is truly one of the best food trucks serving Cuban cuisine. If your ever in Portland and are in the mood for Cuban food then look no more and make a bee line to que bola!
